All our products are shipped via Australian Express post. We maintain a 24hr maximum handling time so your products are shipped without delay. Tracking and delivery notifications will be provided by Australia Post.

We do not have samples, as we don’t believe in ‘miracle’ products that will change your skin just after a couple of uses. It typically takes 4-6 months for the skin to fully adjust and turnover to see any major changes in the health of your skin.

The Accelerated Performance System (‘APS’) is a two-step exfoliating treatment & hydrating serum and is a great treatment to minimize the appearance of acne scarring, dark spots, wrinkles, etc. You use it 1-3 times per week in conjunction with the Metrin Skincare System. It contains two steps – #1 Revitalizing Glycolic Complex & #2 Reactivating Serum.

The #1 is an overnight exfoliant (with Glycolic Acid); it stimulates cell turnover for a brighter complexion.

The #2 is applied after the removal of the #1 the next morning, for extra hydration. Due to the intensive exfoliating properties in the #2, it’s important to add extra hydration so your skin does not dry out. In addition, the #2 Reactivating Serum can be used as an eye serum. This moisture rich product is ideal for combating the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles – glycerin penetrates deep into the skin, helping plump it up.

The Metrin Skincare System (for Her & for Him) and Accelerated Performance System do not contain sulfates.

Yes, Metrin products do contain a small number of parabens. Parabens have been used in cosmetics since the 1930s and are used as a preservative. They are naturally found in many foods – including apples, blueberries, carrots, onions, and vanilla. We understand people have been talking about how parabens are bad for you, but parabens are actually necessary in cosmetic products otherwise they tend to develop bacteria and fungus and contaminate the product.

Both the Canadian and American Cancer Society have confirmed the safe use of parabens.

In 2008, the International Journal of Toxicology published The Cosmetic Ingredient Review. They consolidated over 65 submitted safety studies and more than 200 published studies, including an extensive discussion on parabens. The report confirmed that the use of parabens in cosmetics is safe, and noted that any parabens absorbed from use would be metabolized, easily eliminated from the body, and would not accumulate.

None of our Metrin products contain coconut oil.

Some Metrin products contain organic, cold pressed, high-oleic sunflower seed oil.

For most people, the Metrin Skincare System (Full Size) lasts 4-6 months, the Women’s Carry Size lasts 6-8 weeks.

1: Wash hands with #1 Deep Cleanser then pat dry. Please cleanser in palm, of hand and smooth onto face and neck. Gently remove with the Metrin Renew Your Face Towel dampened in lukewarm warm. Pat skin dry. Follow with #2 Lathering Cleanser.

2: Place #2 Lathering Cleanser in palm of hand. Add water and work up a bubbling lather. Apply to face and neck. Do not massage. Gently remove cleanser with Metrin Renew Your Face Towel dampened in lukewarm water. Splash skin several times to remove all tracers of the cleanser. Pat dry. Follow with #3 Vita Conditioner.
